Rips1 created his first murals in Sarnen, in the heart of Switzerland. Meanwhile, by travelling through Europe, North America, Hawaii and even to Nepal, he shared his art with the wider world. «I like the idea of leaving behind a piece of me wherever I was.»

What seems to be a sheer pattern at first sight, entails a whole world in which you can find or lose yourself. Rips1’s oeuvres are manifold and present an arranged chaos which can be found both in nature and in our daily life.
